  4. Grind or powder a bunch of holy basil and neem leaves and mix them with water. Consume the mixture in empty stomach for best results.
  5. Grind Indian Gooseberry and bitter melon in water and consume the juice to control the glucose level in the body.
  6. Exercise or walk every day. There are also special yoga asanas to control diabetes.
